Breaking Chains Ministries operates a number of specific ministries designed to provide help to those in our community who are in need. We are a group of Believers with a vision, a heart and a passion to make a difference in our community.
- Celebrate Recovery Habersham – For anyone with a habit, hurt or hang-up such as depression, drug/alcohol addiction, eating disorder, co-dependency, relationship issues, divorce, sexual addiction, etc. All Are Welcome!
- Jail Ministry – Habersham Jail Ministry offers hope and healing to inmates through Bible study, prayer, worship and friendship.
- Kinsman Redeemer – Providing Spiritual, Physical and Emotional support to women and their children who desire a new way of life.
- Angel Tree Ministry – It starts with a gift, but it is so much more. Every child has a story. For 1.7 million American children, that story is filled with the abandonment, loneliness, and shame that comes from having a mom or dad in prison. At Angel Tree, we find ways to reach out to these children, by sharing Christ’s love with them at Christmas and by developing year-round relationships. In the end, it’s so much more than giving Christmas gifts-it’s about restoring families.
- Freedom Hill @ Jacob’s Ladder – A women’s recovery and transition home. A safe place where women can complete their recovery from life controlling issues and transition back into a healthy life in our community.
